Are you passionate about water governance, climate action, sustainability, or public policy? Applications are now open for the Global Youth Water Envoys Program, an initiative of the Arab Youth Center, in strategic partnership with the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and endorsed by the Presidencies of the 2026 UN Water Conference.
Selected participants will:
- Join a global cohort of 100 Youth Water Envoys
- Receive expert training and mentorship in water governance
- Engage with policymakers, UN partners, and international experts
- Contribute to the Global Youth Water Statement
- Participate in the 2026 UN Water Conference in Abu Dhabi (subject to program and logistical arrangements)
- Become part of a global alumni network
Who can apply?
- Aged 18-35
- Proficient in English
- Interested or experienced in water governance, climate action, sustainability, innovation, finance, public policy, or related fields
- Committed to actively participating throughout the program
🌏 The program encourages broad geographic representation, with particular priority given to applicants from water-stressed regions, including Africa, the Arab States, and Asia & the Pacific.
