The Climate Catalysts Mentorship Programme 3.0 is here for you(th)!
As a collaborative effort of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change’s Youth4Capacity programme and the United Nations Development Programme’s Youth4Climate initiative, this mentorship programme aims to empower you(th) to engage in the climate action landscape effectively.
Through interactive bootcamps, experts will collaborate with you(th) to build the technical capacities and soft skills required to catalyse climate action. This year, join the programme and engage in hands-on learning experiences on:
In addition to the bootcamp sessions conducted via Zoom, you(th) can remain engaged throughout the duration of the program by participating in channels for peer-to-peer exchange on this platform and by attending virtual Climate Cafés. This is a great way to connect with other participants across multiple forms of communication, share project ideas, and broaden your understanding of the climate topics covered.

To participate in the mentorship program and webinars, you must sign up separately and complete the required Systems Change x Behavioural Science for Climate Action prerequisite e-course. Project Design Bootcamp
This bootcamp equips youth with climate ideas, projects, or early initiatives to move from ideas to projects, from projects to initiatives, and from initiatives to policy-aligned action. Participants will strengthen core competencies in project design, business readiness, and policy alignment, building the clarity, credibility, and long-term impact of youth-led climate initiatives.
Movement building Bootcamp
This bootcamp equips young climate leaders with the tools and confidence to mobilize people and ideas into collective action. Participants will explore both online and offline campaigning strategies across community, regional, and global contexts. From storytelling and narrative-building to strategic engagement and coalition-building, the bootcamp strengthens the ability to inspire, organize, and sustain meaningful climate movements.
Entrepreneurial Mindsets Bootcamp
This bootcamp cultivates the skills and perspectives needed to think and act like a climate innovator. Participants do not need to be entrepreneurs — rather, they will develop transferable competencies such as systems thinking, futures thinking, opportunity recognition, and adaptive leadership. The bootcamp fosters creativity, resilience, and solution-oriented thinking to help youth navigate complexity and drive transformative change.

How do I register for a bootcamp under CCMP 3.0?
To participate in any bootcamp under the Climate Catalysts Mentorship Programme 3.0 (CCMP 3.0), follow these key steps:

As part of the registration, you’ll be informed that completing the e-course Systems Change x Behavioural Science for Climate Action is a mandatory prerequisite to fully participate in CCMP 3.0.

If you are selected to move forward in the programme, you will receive a selection notification email and be required to complete the Systems Change x Behavioural Science for Climate Action e-course to help you build the foundational knowledge needed to meaningfully engage in CCMP 3.0 activities. It’s a self-paced, online, and designed to introduce you to key concepts in climate action.

How is attendance tracked for bootcamp sessions?
Attendance is automatically tracked through Zoom, based on when you join and leave the session. To be marked as present:
✔️ You must join using your registered name
✔️ You need to stay for the full duration of the sessions
Will I receive a certificate for participating in the bootcamp?
Yes, participants who meet the following criteria will receive a digital certificate at the end of the programme:
✅ Completed the Systems Change x Behavioural Science for Climate Action prerequisite and uploaded their certificate during registration
✅ Attended all sessions of their assigned bootcamp in full
✅ Engaged with peers on the Youth4Climate platform
✅ Completed the post-bootcamp feedback form
✅ (Optional but encouraged) Actively participate in the Climate Café discussions.
