Welcome to the Entrepreneurial Mindsets bootcamp!
This bootcamp equips young climate leaders with the skills to identify climate problems, develop potential solutions, and assess whether those solutions can work — whether or not they intend to start a company. Across three interactive workshops, participants will explore techniques for generating innovative ideas, defining specific users and their needs, testing solutions and market demand, assessing climate impact, and understanding how ideas can move from early concepts toward readiness and sustainability. The bootcamp is delivered through the following structured workshops:
- 8 October: Introduction to Entrepreneurship + The 3 Pillars of Entrepreneurial Thinking (14:00–16:00 CEST)
- 15 October: Finding New Solutions to Familiar Problems (14:00–16:00 CEST)
- 22 October: Maturing an Idea & How to Make It Sustainable (14:00–16:00 CEST)
- 29 October:Climate Café (13:00–14:00 CEST)
The bootcamp is delivered in English through live Zoom workshops, with each session lasting 120 minutes. The sessions are interactive and include presentations, practical activities, peer discussions, founder conversations, and chat-based Q&A.
This group within the Youth4Climate platform is your one-stop shop for engaging with fellow program participants after each bootcamp session - share your reflections, experiences, resources, and skills so others can learn from you, and react to the content of others so you can learn more yourself.
Active participation on the platform is also accompanied by a point system - the more you engage, the more points you earn, eventually rewarding you with badges and milestones to recognize your contributions. More information on the platform's gamification features can be found here.
