Fungi and regenerative agriculture? How come ?

Guys have you ever thought of fungi in regenerative agriculture? I think they are the most important part of that , they talk about different species of animal kingdom, but when those animals die , who will turn their body into useable things ? 

Fungus are the cleaners of the jungle, they are a bridge between ground and under ground and everyone talks about plants and their power to storage carbon in soil WHILE fungus are exactly made to do this !
